1. Taxes and deliveries

a) Delivery fees: FREE delivery on all orders placed on 4desire.ro

b) Delivery times depend on the availability of the product, which is indicated for each product offered. For orders that include multiple items, only one delivery will be made.
Delivery times vary between 2 and 15 working days. We cannot guarantee these delivery times, but we do not strive together with the transport company to strictly respect them.
Delays caused by 4Desire’s external logistics agency are the responsibility of the company providing the logistics service.

  • Delivery company: DHL Express
  • Delivery is made to your home anywhere in the country.
  • Packages start from 4desire in any location in Romania in discreet packaging that does not reveal the contents of the package.
  • There is no indication of „Sexshop” or „Erotica” on the package, thus ensuring absolute discretion.
  • Packages sent via DHL Express to any location will arrive at their destination within a maximum of 2-10 business days after receiving their order.

2. Receipt by the logistics company

4Desire uses technological systems to scan products and triple check shipments. 4Desire is not responsible for parcels received damaged by the recipient. Therefore, the recipient is obliged not to receive any package that shows signs of improper handling by the logistics company.

4Desire guarantees control of the packaging process, which allows traceability of items in perfect condition for delivery.

3. Mandatory procedures in case of a damaged parcel

In case of an incident observed in the presence of transport companies:

3.1. Refuse delivery and describe the incident clearly and in detail.

3.2. Indicate the reason for the refusal of delivery to the Customer Service of our companies at the address: shop@4desire.ro

In the case of incidents observed without the presence of transport companies, please inform 4Desire’s Customer Service at:

The incident must be reported as soon as possible and in any case within 2 working days of product delivery.

Mandatory procedures in case of missing or damaged products:

It is essential to photograph the outer packaging to verify the condition in which you received the parcel, to process any complaints.

The buyer must report missing or damaged products to Customer Service 4Desire using the means specified above. 4Desire Customer Service may request additional information about the identity of the Buyer or the recipient of the Order and may perform any necessary checks.

4. Product return and refunds:

According to Ordinance no. 34/2014, regarding the legal regime of distance contracts, the products are returned within 14 calendar days, from the receipt of the package, without citing a reason. In the situation mentioned above, customers can return, within the term provided above, the products purchased as follows:

Lingerie and sexy clothes:

• with the original label;

• with all related accessories;

• without signs of use, showing no signs of damage or wear;

• no damaged packaging, scratches

• to be sealed.

• Products such as used inflatable dolls (or unpacked), used/unsealed vaginas and masturbators, condoms whose box has been opened, penis rings, used/unsealed penis sleeves and penis extenders, penis pumps and vaginal pumps, devices for intimate massage, vibrators, used/unsealed dildos, used or unsealed vaginal/anal balls, panties and stockings, underwear, pliers/clips/articles used or unsealed bondages or any other product intended by nature and manufacturing destination to come into contact with intimate parts of the body if it has been used/unsealed from the packaging, cosmetic products (creams, oils, lubricants, intimate pads, sprays, supplements , aphrodisiac perfumes) unsealed/used/opened from the original packaging are exempt from returns, according to art. 16 lit. “e” from GEO 34/2014

• For reasons of hygiene, panties, underwear or sets containing panties or intimate items are NOT ACCEPTED FOR RETURN.

             For orders that contain products sent incorrectly by SC KA PROMOTION LINE S.R.L., the costs of returning and reshipping the products will be fully borne by SC KA PROMOTION LINE S.R.L. The products will be returned to the seller by courier, without refund, after a telephone or email notification from the seller, using the contact details on the website, and the seller will use the same method of reshipping the product. The buyer must ensure proper packaging of the returned product, in order not to suffer damage during transport.     

The consumer has the right to cancel the order within 24 hours. However, if the package has already been shipped, you will be charged the handling, packaging and shipping costs (round trip + return) as well as the commissions related to the transaction in question and the refund will not be made until the package arrives back to us. Please keep in mind that we try to ship orders on the same day (or a maximum of 24 working hours), so to avoid the imputation of expenses and delayed refunds, inform us about the cancellation of the order on the same day you placed it.

  • The refund period is a maximum of 14 days from the receipt of the return.
  • For orders paid by card, the amount will be returned to the same card used for the transaction.

       For products that arrive damaged at the customer, he has the obligation to notify the seller in writing of this within 24 hours of receiving the package, to the email address shop@4desire.ro, presenting photo / video evidence of the product in question: pictures of the product, packaging and any other information it may consider relevant in this regard. Notifications regarding damage to the product received after the 24-hour period will not be taken into account. SC KA PROMOTION LINE S.R.L pays special attention to the packaging of the products, but unfortunately we cannot control how the parcels are transported through the courier companies, so please check the conformity of the products after you have received your order, or before the representative of the courier company, if you opted for opening the package upon delivery.

According to the new Law 249/2015, Art. 16, point 8, “it is prohibited to condition, in any form, the legal rights of consumers regarding the purchased product by keeping the packaging.” According to the provision of GEO 34/2014 “the end user is only responsible for the decrease in the value of the products resulting from their handling, different from what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the products. The decrease in the value of the products must not be discouraging for the end user in exercising the right of withdrawal.”  As a result, if the consumer returns the product in a condition that diminishes its value, the merchant is allowed to deduct part of the amount returned to the customer.

     SC KA PROMOTION LINE S.R.L undertakes to return to the customer the sums collected for the returned products, within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the returned product, based on the return form or the notification sent by email, completed by the customer. In the return form, fill in the data and the bank account of the holder. The return form on the website is only a model. According to the law, the customer can withdraw from the contract by an unequivocal statement, by any method he wants: email, mail, verbally, etc.

     The shipping costs will be borne according to Ordinance 34/2014 “The consumer bears only the direct costs related to the return of the products”. The amount returned to the customer does not include transport or refund costs, but only the purchase value of the product, including the initial transport costs, if applicable.

     All returned products, for which the full amount is returned, must also meet the conditions mentioned above. We reserve the right to refuse to accept a return if the returned products do not meet the return conditions provided above.

Between 7 and 14 days, depending on the logistics operator responsible for delivering the order.

5. Withdrawals

According to the legislation in force, you can cancel the contract without justification and without penalties within 2 working days of receiving the products, in compliance with the above conditions.

The right to withdraw does not apply to contracts relating to:

The provision of services once the service has been provided in full, with the prior express consent of the consumer and with the understanding that he loses the right of withdrawal with the full execution of the contract.

Perishable goods or those that can deteriorate quickly.

Sealed goods from the categories of sex toys, cosmetics for sexual health, and underwear, which cannot be returned for reasons of health or hygiene and which have been unsealed after delivery.

Goods which, after delivery, were inseparably mixed with other goods.

Once we receive and approve the product(s), you will receive the refund to your account. from which the payment was made. Alternatively, you can request a bank transfer to another card by sending an email to: shop@4desire.ro.

6. Return conditions

Product returns must be complete with the gifts or bonuses sent.

The entire package (product + gift) must be returned to process the refund. For products that include app download codes, they must not have been downloaded in order to give or full refund.

Returns are only accepted for unopened products and in perfect condition within 14 calendar days of receipt.

We will not accept returns of products packed in other than the original packaging or with evidence of tampering and other products with broken security seals.
