The Seller makes available to the Customer/User, in principle, the following payment methods:

  1. General provisions
    4desire.ro only accepts payment with credit or debit cards through the services authorized within 4love.ro, of the package related to the Customer/User Order.
    For card payment, the transaction will appear on the account statement under the name 4desire.
    Payments can be made online with the card in complete safety. The cards accepted for payment are those issued under the VISA (Classic and Electron) and MASTERCARD logos (including Maestro, if they have a CVV2 /CVC2 code).
    No additional transaction fee is charged.
    Card data processing is done exclusively on PlatiOnline servers.
    The security of your information is guaranteed, as Pay Online does not store this data. Your confidential card data is sent encrypted over a secure connection to the processing bank.
    Regardless of the currency you have in your account, transactions are made in lei, at the exchange rate of your bank.
  2. The current payment methods are specified within 4desire.ro in the Shopping Cart, section “Payment methods”

The data of the Customer/User’s payment card will not be accessible www.4desire.ro, nor will they be stored by the Company or by the payment processor integrated in the www.4desire.ro platform, but only by the institution authorizing the Transaction or by another entity authorized to provide data storage services to identify the card used by the Client/User when completing the Transaction, about whose identity the Client/User will be informed, prior to entering the data.
  4. For Transaction security reasons, the Client/User is advised not to stay logged in on www.4desire.ro and not to set the automatic login option on mobile devices. Disclosure of the access password to the Account is not allowed and it is recommended to use a password with a strong security character (e.g.: contain at least eight characters, including uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers and special characters).

    The Company’s customers cannot pay for orders in installments.

  5. The price, payment method and payment term are specified in the Order. The Seller will issue to the Customer a tax invoice for the Products delivered according to the Order, the Customer/User’s obligation being to correctly and completely specify all the information necessary for the Seller to issue the tax invoice, in accordance with the legislation in force.
